Staff at St Cuthbert's Hospice

St Cuthbert’s Hospice currently employs around sixty staff in a wide range of roles. We employ fully qualified nursing staff and Health Care Assistants in our Day and In Patient Units, and we have Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists onsite.

The catering, housekeeping, fundraising, retailing, and the administration and finance departments all support the work of the medical team, and enable us to provide high quality care.

Our employees benefit from 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays on appointment, increasing to 27 days plus bank holidays after 5 years service.
