SUNFLOWER MEMORIES APPEAL 2019

Nothing says summer quite like a sunflower and our Sunflower Memories Appeal is a beautiful way to celebrate the life of someone special.

In return for a donation, we will dedicate one of our beautiful imitation sunflowers in memory of your loved one, which will be planted alongside a plaque displaying their name. Your sunflower will be planted and on display in the Hospice gardens between 1st June - 30th June. Sunflowers are available for collection from the grounds during week commencing 1st July.
