Join our dedicated Online Retail Team and play a vital role as the public face of the Hospice for our online customers. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our reputation and profile by delivering outstanding remote customer service, while supporting the important work of the Hospice.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and listing donated items to maximise their value and reach.
  • Picking, packing, posting, and tracking items sold via online platforms.
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Working collaboratively with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
  • Is highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
