Free Will Writing Offer

Making a Will can be costly, which is why many people choose not to make one. To help with this, we are working with a selection of local solicitors who have kindly agreed to provide a free basic Will writing offer for our supporters. This offer allows you to make a free basic Will (single or mirror) at no cost to you. 

When making your Will loved ones will always come first, however if you choose to leave a gift to us we would be very grateful. It can be your present to the future, the gift of comfort and care to future generations.

It’s important that you choose the solicitor who is right for you.

Please note there are only a limited number of free Wills available for each solicitor. A unique code is required to book your appointment, please complete the form below to request your code from St Cuthbert’s Hospice.

Please note that when you engage with your chosen solicitor, you become a client of that firm and your Will is written under their Terms of Business. Please make sure you familiarise yourself with those Terms prior to instructing the solicitor.
