We first started using eBay in 2006, but in recent years it has become a vital part of our retail operations. The online team have sold over 13,000 items, raising tens of thousands of pounds – something that simply wouldn’t be possible without the kind and generous donations we receive in our charity shops. From collectables and comics, to Jellycat and jewellery – every single item sold helps to raise funds to keep our care free for all who need us in County Durham.
We have a positive feedback score over 99% with many commenting on the quality of the packaging, which is thoughtfully completed by volunteers, and some of the packaging materials have been kindly donated to us by local businesses.
