On Friday 1st September 2023 the Office for National Statistics (ONS) distributed a VOICES survey.
VOICES stands for the Views Of Informal Carers – Evaluation of Services.
This is a survey taking place across County Durham to seek the views of people who have recently registered a death to ask about their experience of end-of-life care.
The survey will help us to improve palliative and end of life care services.
It being carried out by ONS in order to guarantee the anonymity and confidentiality of people who respond.
