About the role...

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join our team. As HR Manager you will lead the HR team and develop our HR services, policies, and processes to help assure us we have the right people (staff and volunteers) who share our values and are committed to delivering the mission and vision of the Hospice. Reporting to the Head of Enabling Services, you will manage the Hospice’s HR function, which includes oversight of HR processes to ensure that the Hospice continues to provide a responsive service and is an employer of choice. You will support the continued development of a learning culture which helps us to innovate and increase the impact of everything we do. Educated to degree level and with CIPD accreditation, you will have experience of line managing a team as well as comprehensive HR generalist experience.
